Pier 4 Management Inc., operated by Atil Singh (“Pier 4,” “we”), operates the public informational website at pier4management.com. This policy covers that website and its contact form. It does not cover E.I. Email Intelligence, its app or subdomain, client systems, or other separate services; those require their own notice.

Information we receive

If you use our contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address, message, and information generated by the form's anti-spam check. You decide what to include in your message. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the public form. The website does not maintain a separate database of form submissions.

Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, request time, and pages requested, and may produce aggregate traffic statistics from those requests. The site may also request a public, approved Instagram-metrics file from an external hosting service. That file contains public account figures, not your form submission.

How we use information

We use form submissions and correspondence to respond to inquiries, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with applicable law. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing email.

Providers, disclosures, and links

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check. The form sends your name, email address, and message through Resend, an email-delivery provider, to pier4management@gmail.com. The public metrics file may be delivered by GitHub Pages. These providers process information needed for their services under their own terms and privacy practices. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Atil's website, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy policies. We do not install advertising pixels or visitor-analytics scripts on this site, and we do not sell or share contact-form submissions for advertising. Our hosting provider may still produce aggregate traffic statistics as described above. If these practices change, we will update this policy and provide any legally required choices before using new tools.

Retention and security

We do not keep a separate website database of visitors or inquiries. Form submissions become emails in our receiving mailbox and remain there until deleted. We generally delete routine inquiries when they are no longer needed, often within a month, but we do not use a fixed deletion deadline; legal or business needs may require longer. The email, delivery, hosting, security, and backup services may retain technical or delivery records under their own settings and policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is perfectly secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through this website by emailing pier4management@gmail.com. We will respond as applicable law requires, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser “Do Not Track” setting because no advertising or visitor-analytics scripts are configured. If a legally required opt-out signal applies, we will honor it.

Children

This professional website is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information through the form.
